How to train for half-marathon in 5 weeks?
I am very determined to do this. Any help would be great. =) I plan on running/jogging and walking. I have been running some, but not very far, and I've been exercising my legs. My lungs are okay but I could use help with pacing. Any training suggestions? It's to raise money for cancer!
